No professional relationship

Visiting the site, submitting an inquiry, or receiving an initial response does not create a coaching, advisory, consulting, fiduciary, employment, or other professional relationship. Any engagement begins only through a separate written agreement accepted by the appropriate parties.

Permitted use

You may use this website for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes related to evaluating The Leadership Office and its services. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape the site at unreasonable volume, impersonate another person, submit information without authority, or use the site in violation of law or another person’s rights.

Inquiry submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit and for having authority to provide employer or organizational information. Do not submit confidential employer information, protected health information, payment information, Social Security numbers, credentials, or other sensitive personal data. The site’s branding, logos, service descriptions, design, text, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Ivy League Résumés LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute concerning the website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Escambia County, Florida, unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires another forum.

Changes and severability

These terms may be updated by posting a revised version and effective date. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
