PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy, With Purpose and Restraint.

This policy explains what information The Leadership Office receives through this website and how that information is used to evaluate and respond to inquiries.

The Leadership Office collects only the information a visitor chooses to submit in an inquiry. It does not sell inquiry information, use it for behavioral advertising, or write form submissions to a website database.

Information we collect

Depending on the inquiry path selected, the form may request a name, email address, telephone number, role or job title, employer or organization name and size, participant information, service interests, timing, budget range, professional challenges, desired outcomes, sponsorship information, referral source, and a message.

For security and spam prevention, the hosting environment may process limited technical information such as an IP address, request time, browser information, and request headers. The form uses a hidden honeypot field and an in-memory rate limit. The site does not use those controls to build a visitor profile.

How we use inquiry information

Information is used to evaluate fit, understand the requested service, respond to the inquiry, arrange an introductory conversation, protect the site from misuse, and maintain the security and reliability of the inquiry process. Submitting a form does not create a coaching, advisory, employment, or other professional relationship.

The Leadership Office does not use submitted information for automated decision-making or unrelated marketing without additional notice or consent.

Service providers and disclosure

The website uses hosting infrastructure provided through OpenAI Sites and uses Resend to transmit inquiries by email to keith@leadershipoffice.com. The recipient’s email provider also processes the message. These providers process information to deliver, secure, or operate the requested communication.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction involving Ivy League Résumés LLC. Inquiry information is not sold.

Storage and retention

The website does not create a database record or other separate permanent archive of a submission. The rate-limit record is temporary and expires after approximately 15 minutes in the active server instance.

Email delivery necessarily creates a message in Resend and in the recipient mailbox. Resend states that it generally retains email data for 30 days across its standard plans, subject to its account settings and policies. The Leadership Office will keep an inquiry in its business email only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to it, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, or comply with law. No additional retention repository is authorized by the form.

Sensitive information and data minimization

Do not submit confidential employer information, protected health information, payment-card or bank information, Social Security numbers, government identifiers, account credentials, or other sensitive personal data. The website is not designed to process protected health information or payment-card data.

Cookies and analytics

No advertising or analytics tools are configured on this website. The hosting platform may use strictly necessary security or operational technologies. If analytics, advertising, or additional cookies are introduced later, this policy and any required consent mechanism should be updated before those tools are enabled.

Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, including server-side submission, transport encryption, field validation, same-origin checks, a honeypot, rate limiting, and an environment-secret API credential. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may choose not to submit the form and may contact The Leadership Office directly by email instead. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping obligations. The applicability and scope of privacy rights may depend on where you live.

Children

This business-to-business and executive-services website is not directed to children under 18, and The Leadership Office does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through the inquiry forms.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as services, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current version.
