HOW THE FIGURES WERE CALCULATED

Conservative lower bounds supported by multiple records.

Counts are based on retained business records, staff production totals, platform records, and current public evidence. Potentially overlapping activity is not counted twice.

Professionals supported

The 5,000-person figure is a conservative lower bound supported by at least 4,350 known résumé engagements plus founder-completed engagements, coaching-only clients, LinkedIn optimization, recruiter distribution, direct-client work, platform work, and legacy service history.

Direct service hours

Every supported client received at least one hour of direct coaching, consultation, intake, or career strategy. Upwork separately reports 2,040 historical hours through 2019, but those hours are not added again because some may overlap with engagement totals.

Public evidence floor

The current evidence floor is 1,033 reviews and recommendations: 402 LinkedIn recommendations, 500+ Upwork five-star reviews, 117 Google five-star reviews, and 14 Trustpilot five-star reviews. The star-rated five-star review floor is 631 because LinkedIn recommendations do not use star ratings.

REPRESENTATIVE ENGAGEMENT PATTERNS

How an engagement may be structured.

These examples illustrate possible engagement design. They do not represent named clients or claimed outcomes.

REPRESENTATIVE ENGAGEMENT PATTERN

Executive scope expansion

One executive · 6 months

Sponsor alignment, assessment, twice-monthly coaching, live stakeholder work, sponsor checkpoints, and closeout.

REPRESENTATIVE ENGAGEMENT PATTERN

Manager cohort pilot

8–20 managers · 8–12 weeks

Discovery, baseline measures, eight practical modules, group coaching, workplace application, and sponsor recommendations.

REPRESENTATIVE ENGAGEMENT PATTERN

First 100 Days

One transitioning leader · 3–4 months

Mandate clarification, stakeholder mapping, system diagnosis, operating rhythm, coaching, and consolidation review.

ORGANIZATIONAL MEASUREMENT PRINCIPLES

Measure what the engagement can responsibly influence.

Depending on scope, progress may include participation, behavior adoption, stakeholder feedback, manager confidence, role clarity, delegation and communication routines, transition milestones, succession readiness, or responsibly available organizational indicators.

Define the behavior

Translate the leadership need into observable priorities such as delegation, decision clarity, communication, role clarity, or stakeholder alignment.

Use relevant evidence

Select measures that fit the engagement, population, available data, and sponsor’s legitimate decision needs.

Review in context

Interpret participation, behavior adoption, stakeholder feedback, and business indicators alongside organizational conditions and implementation realities.

Protect confidentiality

Report sponsor-relevant progress without disclosing private coaching content or presenting assessment information beyond the agreed boundaries.

EVIDENCE STANDARDS

Credibility requires restraint, traceability, and context.

01

Conservative public claims

Published metrics use verified totals or conservative lower bounds rather than projections, estimates presented as facts, or unverified historical claims.

02

No double counting

Potentially overlapping hours, engagements, and platform records are not added together when the overlap cannot be ruled out.

03

Original service context

Recommendations identify the platform and original service context. Individual résumé, LinkedIn, coaching, or career-strategy work is not presented as an organizational contract.

04

No guaranteed outcomes

Experience, recommendations, and program measures demonstrate a record and an approach. They do not promise that another client or organization will achieve the same result.
