Our accessibility goal

The Leadership Office aims to align this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, where reasonably possible. This is an ongoing goal, not a claim that every page or third-party service is perfectly conformant at all times.

Measures included in this site

• Semantic headings, landmarks, navigation, and form labels
• A keyboard-accessible skip link and visible focus indicators
• Keyboard-operable menus, tabs, links, and form controls
• Required-field identification and server- and client-side validation
• Accessible success and error messages announced by assistive technology
• Responsive layouts, readable type, and contrast-conscious colors
• Support for reduced-motion preferences
• Alternative text or accessible names for meaningful images and brand elements

Third-party content

Some linked services or infrastructure are controlled by third parties. The Leadership Office cannot guarantee the accessibility of content or interfaces it does not manage, but it welcomes notice when a third-party barrier affects access to its services.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need information in another format, or need assistance submitting an inquiry, email keith@leadershipoffice.com. Please identify the page, the barrier, the assistive technology or browser used if relevant, and the format or accommodation that would be helpful. Do not include sensitive personal or medical information.

We typically respond to qualified inquiries within two business days. Accessibility reports will be acknowledged as promptly as reasonably possible and reviewed in good faith.
