The inquiry forms collect only the professional and contact context needed to evaluate fit and respond.
By submitting this form, you agree that The Leadership Office may use the information provided to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Please do not submit confidential employer information, protected health information, payment information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal data.
What your submission authorizes
You authorize The Leadership Office, a trade name of Ivy League Résumés LLC, to review the submitted contact, professional, employer, service-interest, timing, and message information and to contact you about the inquiry. You represent that you are authorized to provide any organizational information included.
How the form is delivered
The form is submitted to a server-side endpoint and transmitted by Resend as an email to keith@leadershipoffice.com, with your submitted email address set as the Reply-To address. The website does not write the submission to a database. Email providers necessarily process and retain delivery data and message content under their account settings and policies.
What not to submit
Do not use the form for medical or mental-health information, payment-card or bank data, tax information, Social Security numbers, government identifiers, passwords, trade secrets, privileged legal information, or confidential employer material. The forms are not designed to process protected health information or payment-card data.
No engagement or confidentiality agreement
An inquiry does not create a client, coaching, advisory, consulting, fiduciary, employment, or confidential relationship. Any engagement and its confidentiality terms begin only under a separate written agreement.
Response timing
We typically respond to qualified inquiries within two business days. Submission does not guarantee a response, consultation, or acceptance of an engagement.
